Try this satisfying tropical mix with coconut rum, gin and pineapple juice. It will stay in an ice container for several hours ready to be served and enjoyed.
You’ll need: 1 part gin, 2 parts coconut rum and 4 parts pineapple juice, a few pieces of watermelon and coriander sprigs.
Add the coconut rum, pineapple juice, gin and 2 parts cold water into an empty jar. Mix, then, at that point, garnish every one with a piece of watermelon and some coriander sprigs, crushing the leaves before dropping them into the containers to assist with delivering the flavour.
Catch the genuine taste of summer with this cocktail that makes a wonderful gin, tonic or base for fruity cocktails.
You’ll need: A 700ml bottle of gin, 400g punnet of sliced strawberries and 100g caster sugar.
Blend the gin in with the strawberries and caster sugar in a huge bowl and pour into a container. Store in the refrigerator and mix every 48 hours for at least 3 weeks. Strain through muslin cloth to serve.

You’ll need: Strawberries, chopped limes, some granulated sugar, mint sprigs, 1 part white rum and 2 parts sparkling water.
Press the strawberries, limes and sugar in an enormous container. Squeeze the mint leaves and add to the container with a bit of dark pepper. Add lots of ice and then pour in the rum and sparkling water.
There are a lot of ways of mixing a beverage with fruits. For this cocktail, we have loaded greatness into this margarita with peach schnapps and peach puree.
You’ll need: A chopped peach, 50ml of tequila, 15ml of peach schnapps, and 25ml of lime juice.
Add the peach into a food processor or blender. Blend to a pulp. Rub the external edge of a glass with lime and coat with tajín (if available). Mix tequila, peach schnapps, lime juice and 25ml of the blended peach. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass and add the ice.
The ingredients – hot sauce and lime juice – add a fiery/sharp kick that takes your typical light brew from great to incredible. Because of the secret ingredient included (soy sauce!), there will be a smidgen of umami flavour that makes you want more and more.
You’ll need: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 2 teaspoons of hot sauce and soy sauce, lime wedges, 50ml of lime juice and about 300ml of beer.
On a plate, mix salt and chilli powder. Wet the edge of the glass with a lime wedge and put the glass in the mixture of salt and chilli powder to coat the edge. Pour the lime juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce into the glass and mix them together. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the beer. Decorate with a lime wedge (this is optional).
Newly crushed orange and lime juice gives a huge citrus flavour, yet its secret ingredient is the orgeat syrup.
You’ll need: ½ tablespoon chilli powder, 25ml of dark rum and an equal amount of white rum, some orange juice and lime juice, 25ml of orange Curaçao, 25ml of orgeat syrup and 1 tablespoon of grenadine.
Rub a glass edge with a lime wedge and then coat it by dipping it into a plate containing chilli powder. Add rums, lime juice, orange juice, Curaçao, and orgeat syrup to the glass and mix. Add ice then and pour in the grenadine.
This splendid, red cocktail was first made in Italy around quite a while back and it remains popular. Negroni is an extraordinary cocktail that is capable of lighting up your summer.
You’ll need: 25ml gin, 25ml Campari and 25ml sweet vermouth.
Mix the three ingredients in a glass. Fill the glass with ice and mix everything for up to 30 seconds. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass containing ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
The mudslide is a famous cocktail that can be served anywhere. It is a flavorful and completely sweet blend of vodka, cream, and espresso and is unbelievably simple to make.
You’ll need: 30ml of vodka, 25ml of coffee liqueur and 25ml of Irish cream liqueur.
Get the vodka, coffee liqueur and cream liqueur and empty every one of them into a cocktail shaker containing ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass containing ice too.
